The company with the distinctive title OZAR JEWELS trades the products posted on the website www.ozarjewels.com (hereinafter to referred to as “the Website”) which any person purchasing a product (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) has the option to view and select on a case-by-case basis and to order according to the following terms and conditions which the Client accepts as he/she makes an order for purchase from our company.


All prices shown in our catalogs include a 24% VAT. The Website reserves the right to adjust the prices.


1.Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

2.Credit or Debit Card
Pay via Alpha Bank. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners or Masterpass.

Secure Transactions: All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Pay via PayPal or you can pay with your credit card if you don't have a PayPal account.


The delivery of the ordered products is made by Fedex within three (3) working days from the date of the order submission between 09:00 and 17:00 hours, at the address you have indicated upon the completion of your details. Delivery is deemed to take place when the receipt of the goods receipt is signed at the agreed address. If you have indicated a third recipient for delivery / receipt, this signature will be considered a receipt.

Please note that the risk for the products goes to the client from the delivery / receipt time. Therefore, when delivering the products the client needs to check the products received (in terms of identity, integrity, condition, packing etc.). If you find that the products are obviously damaged, damaged during transportation, poor packaging, etc., you must refuse to receive them from the outset and contact our store directly by phone at +30 2130438092 daily 10:00 – 17:00 or by sending an email to ozarjewels@gmail.com in any case, you retain the rights provided by applicable law. OZAR JEWELS is not responsible for cases of delay and/or failure to deliver due to major forces (extreme weather, strikes, etc.). In this event, the Client will be informed and will be given the option to complete the transaction in the new circumstances.


If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to change the product for another, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the product. You are able to change the product you received with another of similar value or at an additional price if you wish.

In the above case, the customer is charged with the return expenses (shipping fees and related costs). Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when they were received by the client; without having the packaging unsealed or broke, together with the documents, the original proof of purchase or change card and the packaging accompanying the product. The client is liable for the return and OZAR JEWELS is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.


The client reserves the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the above case, the client is charged with the return expenses. The client must contact us either by email at ozarjewels@gmail.com or by phone at +30 2130438092 to provide guidance on return procedures and place of dispatch.

Returns will only be accepted if the products the client wishes to return are in the same condition as they were received; without having their packaging unsealed or broken, together with their documents the original proof of purchase and the packaging accompanying the product.

In case of product returns, the client’s refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the product with the original payment chosen in the order. The return is client’s responsibility and OZAR JEWELS is not liable for any loss or damage during transport.

In all cases where products that the client received, in good faith, were not ordered, shipped from the wrong company (e.g. error in ordering, shipping etc.) products must be returned. Returns of non-ordered items must be returned within five (5) days of receipt, otherwise the company is not obliged to re-execute the original order. The shipping costs of the products to the company are charged to aladin.gr only if the courier General Taxi is used. The return is at the client’s responsibility and OZAR JEWELS is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

In the event of a defective product being delivered, the client may request that it be replaced or refunded. If repayment or replacement occurs due to a proven defect, the shipping costs of the new product or the client’s refund will be covered by OZAR JEWELS. The return is at the customer’s responsibility and OZAR JEWELS is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.


All content on the site, including images, graphics photographs, drawings, texts, services, sounds, videos, names, logos, distinctions, products, and generally all files are intellectual property, trademarks and service marks of OZAR JEWELS and/or its associates and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and community law as well as international conventions.
Therefore, any reproduction, re-publishing, uploading, analogue/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, creation of work or misleading of the true content provider of OZAR JEWELS are expressly prohibited.


OZAR JEWELS cannot guarantee the availability of the ordered products. However, in the event of unavailability, OZAR JEWELS will inform the client within a reasonable amount of time after the placement of the order.

The Company reserves the right to make any technical or typographical errors in the characteristics of products that have been avoided or have occurred inadvertently or due to any downtime of the Site due to outside forces. In addition, OZAR JEWELS is solely responsible for fraudulent and gross negligence towards users in the event of non-execution of the order or delay of delivery of the ordered products. Furthermore, OZAR JEWELS reserves the time of delivery of the goods in cases of outside forces (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.).

OZAR JEWELS has no liability, either positive or negative, whether direct or indirect, resulting from a lack of ability to use the website, as well as errors, interruptions, defects or delays in the operation of the Website or the transmission of information via the Internet.

OZAR JEWELS is not responsible for technical problems that may occur to users when accessing and using the Site, which are related to the compatibility of their infrastructure with it, or to any “viruses” or other harmful components contained on the websites.

By sending the order to the company, all terms are hereby made binding on the part of the ordering party, who understands that he has knowledge and accepted them.
